This game is pretty old right now, which means that you can pick it up for a bargain price as football fans move on to later versions. However, this game has most of the famous footballers you will see in the modern versions, it has brilliant gameplay (in my opinion, better than the more recent ones) and the graphics are pretty good which means it is a real bargain if you have a gamecube.

However, it does not have all of the new players since the game came out and few are in the right team. The most annoying part of the game for me is the supposed "Commentary" describing what is happening, as there is only a limited number of phrases that is said and they soon become very annoying. Thankfully there is an option to turn this off. There is a multiplayer option, but if you are playing on the same team you will have difficulty as the controls seem to encounter problems.

Summary: If you don't care about the players and just want a decent cheap game, this is for you.
