Advantages: brilliant graphics

Disadvantages: there wasn't much change optionwise

So what's new about I.S.S 2? Nothing much has changed at all apart from proper player names. I.S.S 2 is generally an updated and much better version than its predecessors.
There are seven game modes to choose from.

. FRIENDLY MATCH: You can choose to play a friendly game against computer or human opponents.
INTERNATIONAL CUP: or should I say world cup, where fifty-eight different countries compete in a tournament to determine the world champion.
CUSTOM LEAGUE: Create a custom league in which the number of participants and matches can be freely set.
WORLD LEAGUE: Compete in the Euro cup or the American championship.
TRAINING: Practice using basic commands.
EDIT: Create players and edit teams.
OPTIONS: Change game settings.
GAME SETTINGS:

MATCH TIME: You can choose if you want a match to be 6 minutes, 10minutes, 14minutes or 20 minutes long.

PLAYER CONDITION: Displays a player's condition. A blue arrow pointing upwards means the player is at its best condition, a green arrow pointing upwards means the player is in good condition, a yellow arrow pointing sidewards means the player is in normal condition an orange arrow pointing downwards means the player is in poor condition and a red arrow pointing downwards means the player is in bad condition. (Phew)
WEATHER: I.S.S has stunning weather graphics. There is rain, cloud or sun. (What happened to snow?) and day, evening and night.

STADIUM: At the beginning of a game, you are given a quick look at the stadium. I noticed that the stadiums are not fuzzy as they were on I.S.S millennium. There are four stadiums in total.
COMMENTRY: I.S.S has excellent commentary, ..Seriously, not joking, excellent commentary. There are two commentators, John Champion and Mark Lawrenson, who really impressed me with all there detail on the match and even manage to say a few jokes! ...

GRAPHICS: The graphics are awesome, absolutely awesome, they make previous I.S.S games look very primitive. The detail of the players and especially the pitch was way beyond my imaginations.
Replays are a delight, too they let you see any shots, tackles, saves, passes etc. from any angle. I spend a lot of time watching replays, as my brother would know as he accused me of being a replayaholic!
So ISS2 is a real improvement on previous ISS games, if you are a fan of ISS games, then I greatly recommend this.
