Metal Gear Solid the twin snakes is ultimately not a completely new game but an old one graphically improved with new features added on. The graphics in the game are pretty impressive especially in regards to the Gamecube. The gameplay is all about stealth, if you keep alerting the guards in each of the levels you will not survive. The guards have specific lines of sight but also react to hearing sounds around the level and will come to investigate. Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes is a remake of Metal Gear Solid 1 made especially for the Nintendo Gamecube. It includes new features from the first game and has better graphics just like the Metal Gear Solid 2 ones. There are many cutscenes and they are all based around the part of the story you are in. Trully magnificant remake. Solid Snake has been sent on a mission to locate several high classification characters. His mission doesn't go all to plan though. BACKGROUND - Spoiler free As you may have gathered, the Twin snakes is the retelling of the original MGS on the PS1, exclusively for the Nintendo Gamecube. This series of games first started on the Nintendo NES, and it is refreshing to see it back on a Nintendo console. MGS follows the life of a soldier ' Solid Snake' which is a gripping storyline with extravagant twists and turns in the plot. Being heavily story driven, expect plenty of cut scenes.
