Super Smash Bros. Melee is the sequel to Super Mario Bros on the Nintendo 64. The game was made by HAL Laboratory for the Nintendo Game cube and was released in November 2001. The game is a fighting game and is part of the Super Mario Bros game series.

Gameplay

The game can be played both single player and multiplayer, the single player is pretty boring and repetitive, the story is pretty short and can be completed easily, but the multiplayer is pretty fun and good to play with friends.

You start of the game with being able to choose from one of fifteen characters from different Nintendo games like Mario, Donkey Kong or Pokémon, as you go along you can unlock more characters.

The actual playing of the game and the fighting is pretty basic and you have to try and get the other character out of the ring, not like most fighting games where you have to inflict the most damage as quickly as you can.

Overall

The graphics and controls are pretty good and the game is fun to play with friends, so if you want a fun game to play with friends could be worth buying.

Summary: easy to play fun at times
