Great purchase, enjoy my pond even more now.

I have always had a typical, and pretty old fashioned pump and filter on my pond. The filter is basically a black unsightly box that sits on the side of pond, looking ugly. I had decided to upgrade my filter system, and decided to purchase a pressurised filter.
I had heard that Bioforce filters had been around a long time, and had a proven track record.
The Ecoclear kit comes complete with the pump, and filter for your pond, but not the hose, hose clips etc, so be aware of this if you do buy, that you will still need these extras.
The pump is an Titan 8000, which is a solids handling pump, so no more getting into your pump to clean the sponge out every week in the summer. The filter is a pressurised filter Bioforce 12000, which is easy to site, and hide by the side of my pond. There is an ultra-Violet bulb in the filter which helps keep green water, nice and clear.
Both the pump and the filter need a power supply, so a junction box or outdoor sockets are important.
This filter is great on performace, my pond was clear in 4 days, and the maintenance is really easy. The pump needs next to no work, and the filter can be simply backwashed by reversing the hoses, and putting one onto the garden or down the drain.
The filter comes with a 13 watt UV bulb, that is advised to be changed every 12 months. The bulbs cost around £15.00. I am more than happy to pay this now I have a lovely clean and easy to maintain pond.
The filter kit itself was £269.00, and about another £10.00 for some hose and clips.
