AVOID SHED STORE and WALTONS SHEDS!

I recommend anyone to stay away from using either of these companies. They have displayed inept service from beginning to the cancellation of my order. The shed arrived missing parts and broken parts. It took nearly a month before they could agree a re-delivery date. The only plus side was the quick response from the customer service team that tried but ultimately failed me as a consumer. Its a shame no-one else in either Shed Store or Waltons could do the same. Rubbish!

Is there ANYONE else who has been treated like this? watchdog@bbc.co.uk

Waltons Garden Buildings
I bought a shed from them and would advise no-one ever to do so. Twice they tried to deliver to me without bothering to tell me they would so no-one was in. Then they "punished" me for not being in by de-prioritising my order. When I complainted about the service their customer service staff laughed at me. They are rude, disorganised and definitely not recommended.
