At last! I'm writing about something that I DON'T own, and probably won't either. I had a garden shredder once before. It was a Black & Decker effort and it made so much noise that I gave it to a friend who didn't like his neighbours. I think its basic problem was that the cutting mechanism inside bore a striking resemblance to the rotating blades of a domestic waste disposal system, and if you can imagine what one of those would sound like as someone tries to stuff a tree down it, then you'll know what I mean.
