Having had the pleasure of owning a Dunlop All Weather Golf Glove I thought it might be a good time to review it. As the range of Dunlop All Weather Golf Gloves was heavily reduced when I last visited my local discount sports store, I thought now might be a good time to write about them as they currently offer really good value for money.

Surprisingly when I wanted to review these golf gloves they were not listed on Dooyoo, but as they have now been added I am able to share my thoughts about them. As they are all weather gloves they are suitable for wear in all seasons. They are a little lighter than the leather versions of the gloves, so they can be worn in warmer weather as well as on rainy, colder days.

As I have a recently bought a new set of Dunlop Tour Leather Golf Gloves, which double as my driving gloves too, I feel I am able to contrast those with my single All Weather Glove. I have found the All Weather Glove to be good to use if you prefer a lighter feel and grip when golfing, as the material used allows for that. You can get a closer feel than you do when wearing leather gloves, which may not suit all golfers. I have found these types of glove can be handy to have depending on the course, weather and shot required.

As I have both Dunlop leather and Dunlop All Weather Gloves, I personally feel the leather versions have the slight edge for this time of year. Some may disagree and I know its a matter of personal choice, but I prefer the All Weather Gloves on lighter feeling days. There is something about the fit and feel of the leather gloves that suits me more than the synthetic All Weather ones, but having both types gives me the best of both worlds.

When I bought my set of leather golf gloves they was reduced. The Dunlop All Weather Gloves were also reduced. When I purchased my other gloves those and the All Weather ones were reduced to just £2 per pair in store. There were a good mix of sizes on offer in the All Weather versions and sizes ran from small, medium, medium-large, large and extra large.

There were plenty of mens and ladies All Weather Gloves and the colour range was good with there being lots of white options in both mens and womens sizes. The main difference in the mens and womens gloves is the slight size variation and the difference in the colours available. The womens for instance had white gloves with a choice of pink, yellow or red inserts and the mens had red, yellow and blue. In the black option the colours of the inserts were in stock only in red at the time.

************************************************* ******** My own All Weather Glove is in white with pink inserts and I find that the fit is very comfortable around my fingers with plenty of flexibility where I most need it. I like the fact that I can easily adjust the fit of my glove via the velcro fastener which opens and closes around the front of my glove and encircles my wrist and hand.

The gloves have mesh inserts which allow your hand to breathe when wearing the glove. They also make it easier to flex your fingers and move them as and when needed. This is helpful as it allows you to get the correct grip when golfing. These gloves come in either right or left handed versions to suit your needs and I would advise that its best to try them for snugness prior to purchasing if you can. A golf glove that fits badly is a pretty useless one, so don't leave it to chance by guessing your size.

I feel these Dunlop All Weather Golf Gloves are a good purchase at just £2 per glove as they can sell for up to £6.99 per pair in some golf stores. With xmas on its way I feel these will make really nice stocking filler gifts for the male or female golfer in your life. They come neatly packed in clear fronted plastic packs which makes it easy to pick the style and colour you want.

If buying for someone else make sure that you take a look at the size of their current golf glove so that you get the fit right and keep your receipt in case the size needs changing. Never buy a bigger glove as a just in case option as it will be useless to a golfer, think...'the tighter the fit the better the grip' instead. Try to buy tight enough for a snug fit, without the glove cutting off the circulation or making movement difficult. In other words go for the glove, that fits like a glove! As far as rating these I feel they are not as good as my leather gloves so they get 3 stars.
