Very smart device - don't know how I coped before without it!

Priced at £449.99, I think this product is overpriced but is very high quality despite this, comes in a great and deeply informative bundle and I am impressed with the service I have received since purchasing it.

I bought it because I kept getting lost while cycling, especially as a recent move in location has left me dependant on my bike to get to a lot of places and in new areas you don't know very well it's easy to get lost.

Setting up the Garmin Edge 800 is stupidly easy, 100% simple. All you have to do is attach the plastic mount to your handlebars or stem with two rubber O-rings, twist the computer screen a quarter-turn and it looks securely and safely into place. It takes no more than 10 seconds and is absolutely full proof. It is tempting to worry about knocking it off but I have never had this issue, even when riding over some seriously bumpy terrain including when I tried BMXing on the bike.

The GPS is very accurate and works well to tell you exactly where you are, where the nearest areas to it are and it also records distance when asked. The Garmin locates satellites very easily and is a very smart product on this account. It also provides data on your elevation which is helpful and interesting for weekend trail riders such as myself. There are some other unique features too, including sunrise and sunset times based on your GPS position. They’re not essential but always useful. I love this GPS and despite the price would recommend it to anyone. It truly is useful and I don't know how I coped before without it!!
