Kenwood DNX5220

Iwas sold this item on the understanding that it had a truck facility. As one would expect you would think that this would mean that if you put truck into the device,as asked, it would avoid low bridges, be aware of weight restrictions and not send you down roads that were unsuitable. This unit sent me down roads that were unsuitable via weight restrictions outside my limit and had me heading for low bridges. When I queried this with Kenwood they said that the only function truck mode had was to assume you were driving at truck speeds and so they could calculate your eta. This is not a unit for trucks.
