At first i found this sat nav a nightmare to use, setting an address using the postcode mode took so long that i had almost arrived at the address. However if you stick to entering the address via the town and street mode it makes it much quicker to use. The bluetooth phone connection is excellent and the customisable POI's and favorites are great compared to my last GPS (garmin). The only downsides i have found is that I need to use an external speaker as the noise from my truck is to loud for this unit to be audiable, and as i have a heat reflective windscreen so I have had to purchase an external antenna. The TMC is a good idea but again needs an external antenna for maximum benifit.
Overall I found this unit to be very accurate at locating where you are and if you have put in the full address inc door number it places you to within 10 yards of it.
This GPS has so far proved quite literally useless. The first route I tried to plan failed because having entered the correct postcode (in London) it took me to a spot half a mile away. For the next route I tried to enter a road name, which took ages, only to be informed that it did not have that road in its memory - and yet it was shown on the map itself. For the third route I entered another postcode, near Guildford, only to find that this was not in its memory.Don't waste your money.
