ATI Xpert 98:
... Ati Xpert 98 video card is now quite an old video card, having been around for about three years now. It was one of ATI’s earliest AGP offerings. The card is based on the 64bit Rage Pro chipset from ATI, which has also featured in a number of other ‘Xpert’ cards from the company. The card has 8MB of video ram onboard, offers up to 24bit colour for both 2D and 3D rendering and can shift aro... Read the full review: Memories of Yesteryear by Galloway |

Guillemot 3D Prophet 2 MX ... bought this card a little while ago and havent looked back since! I was looking for a card which not only was highly recommended but was actually going to be afffordable as well. At the time a Geforce 2 GTS was about £250, I bought this card for less than £100. Thats good value. As far as its technical specifications go, its not THAT much different to the GTS chip in that it has the built in T&L (transform and lighting) the biggest difference under the "bonnet" is that it only has two texture pipelines, reminiscent of the old TNT2. This still isnt too shaby but will mean that when masses of pixels are being pushed around the screen its going to lag more than t... Creative 3D Blaster GeForce2 MX ... before you start reading, I had a crappy 8M video card before. So the descriptions of the difference between my 8M video card and the GeForce 2 MX may sound exaggerated. I was looking for a new video card so I bought this one. It was cheap, and had the well-known Nvidia name on it. The best thing about this card is the price vs. quality. This is a CHEAP video card but it's good quality. It has the Geforce 2 MX chipset. Now, you might think that since it's a cheap video card, that means it's not that good. Well, you're wrong. For a 3D accelerator card, this is cheap. Compared to the Geforce 3, which is much faster, it costs about 500 dollars (on t... Read the full review: GeForce 2 MX GREAT by latham101 |

Elsa Gladiac 920 ... card has been long overdue for release and finally it's started to dribble out shipments. After having a great time with a Voodoo 5 5500AGP card i knew that the essence in major gaming was becoming more power hungry. Frame rates are now a key figure in having a system capable of delivering your graphical needs. My V5 was getting left behind by the power of the Geforce GPU systems. The new games incorporating Direct3d and OpenGL need something with performance capabilites that put lower cards to shame. The Geforce 2 Ultra has been the leading card for a long time and reached its peak a few months ago. The gaming community has been anticipating the Gefo...
