At the monitor's native 1440x900 resolution, the graphics card is not quite able to able to play Outrun at 60 fps. The game struggles slightly, however downloading a piece of overclocking software called ATITool increases performance to 60 fps with the occasional video glitching. I purchased this graphics card a few years ago for around £40 as an upgrade for an AGP Shuttle system. Now the price is much lower, so you could probably get it for around £20 or less. The only purpose for this card was to play Outrun, which the standard motherboard could not run very well. Also this card has the important DVI output.
