... is a 6 pin to 2xmolex connector supplier, if your power supply is older like mine. The recommend power supply is at least 450w but it seems to run fine on my 400w power supply (although might not be pushing the graphics card to its limits!). Asus A9550/TD/128 ... purchased this graphics card a few years ago for around £40 as an upgrade for an AGP Shuttle system. Now the price is much lower, so you could probably get it for around £20 or less. The only purpose for this card was to play Outrun, which the standard motherboard could not run very well. Also this card has the important DVI output. Like any other AGP graphics card, you simply stick in the AGP slot, boot up the computer and install the drivers. At the monitor s native 1440x900 resolution, the graphics card is not quite able to able to play Outrun at 60 fps. The game struggles slightly, however downloading a piece of overclocking software called ATITool increases perf... Read the full review: A reliable graphics card by shuttlex |

Asus EAH4850/HTDI/512M ... time came to replace my graphics card I asked around my friends, and read reviews and consistently heard good things about the ATI HD4850. At around £110 it was a low-mid range price, with many sources reporting that it was performing similarly to £500+ cards. Once I had settled on the HD4850, I used dabs.com to search for a card. Although there were cheaper cards, I chose the ASUS as it is a brand I am familiar with and trust to give good quality. When it arrived and I installed it in my machine I was suprised at how much better than my old card (ATI x1950 Pro) it was. It can happily run almost anything I throw at it on full settings. I have used it to run: Call... Read the full review: A good price and spec card by pudder |

Asus ENGTX285/HTDP ... Nvidia s top of the range single GPU card this card is expected to deliver. Being a graphics card there are going to be only a few uses of this for people: High end gaming, 3D, and video editing/production. Being somebody who dabbles in all 3 I can think of no better card at this price point. With regard to games it offers premium quality, giving a large boost in FPS in all my games. Crysis is the usualy benchamark for such things and I was blown away with the cards ability to run it on my system. The card makes light work of things such as 3Ds Max aswell, I have noticed a decent decrease in render time. Video editing also is helped by this card making the who...
