Advantages: It's NOT the TNT2 but its good for it's time

Disadvantages: Compatability??

I’ve had my Creative Labs 16MB AGP video card for about eight months.

There are problems – There are lots of problems – BUT get it set up okay and with the right combination then it really is a darn good card.

I know lots of people that have a TNT AGP and have had, like, no problems with it. And some that never got it to work. I think the problems occur mainly with the combination of hardware and software and mainly just compatibility issues that let it down.

You can achieve high frame rates and decent benchmark scores with this card once it’s up and working well and there are constantly new driver updates from NVIDEA (who supply the main chips) and Creative who did the card. There are many many newsgroups and forums and discussion groups as well as support pages out there and BELIEVE ME if you have a problem with this card then that is the place to go.

Nowadays the TNT is a bit old and there are wonderful new cards out for less than the price I paid for mine BUT at the time, and looking at some of the cards that were out then, I think I could've done a lot worse.
