Kensington Dual Monitor Adapter

I waited for this gem for the last two months. I found it to be a lump of coal. The first one did not work and the replacement also did not. Tech support and customer service were poor at best from Kensington. I shipped both units back with the understanding of a refund on the item plus the shipping refund. It was a three week hasass to get the refund only on the item. Nothing on the promised shipping. I would stay far away from this item. If you are lucky enough to get it to work, you can forget about tech support and or customer service. Buy a gallon of gas, it will go a lot farther.
