Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3450 256MB (Sapphire Radeon HD 3450)

Advantages: Good brand, well packaged, will play most modern games, albeit on low settings, completely silent Disadvantages: Not enough RAM, but higher capacity models are availible First off, I would like to say that if you are looking for a high performance gaming card, this certainly isn't it. It would, however, serve perfectly well as a media PC card, especially since it has a bult in HD video decoding chip. Another great feature is the TV output function. It is fully HD compatible and the software supplied will allow you to customize the resolution to fit you monitor / TV. As well as the software CD (and obviously the graphics card itself), included in the box is a DVI to VGA adapter, useful for people with old (or cheap) displays, and S Video to component video adapter for HD TV's, projectors and some other such devices and an S Video to RCA Video adapter so you can plug it into just about any TV you want, including CRT's (some TV's may not work without scart adapters). Despite what I said at the beginning, it will play some games. Summary: A bit of a let down in the gaming area, otherwise average
