I bought this graphics card a few months ago for around £80, I wasn't expecting much as there were vastly better graphics cards out there. When it arrived I put it in quickly and easily and installed the drivers. The software that came with it provided lots of options including a built in video converter. When I played CoD4 for the first time I didn't expect it to be able to play on the highest setting but it powered through it easily. I put it down to the fact call of duty 4 was an old game and couldn't wait to try Portal 2 when it came out. Portal 2 could also be played at it's full resolution with all the highest settings with no problems. I was very impressed, every game from then on in was no trouble at all, with everyone being played on full settings. The connectivity options was also nice, having a HDMI port meant I could connect it to my TV and the DVI meant I could also connect to my monitor at the same time. The card overall is very quiet and I can't even hear it over the noise of the PSU and CPU. I can, however, see that this card might get outdated fast, but that can happen with any graphics card nowadays so you just have to buy one.
