      Great value-for-money but powerful card

I spent a long while looking for a value for money graphics card. I really wanted a 8800GT but I didnt think I would find one I could afford... until I found this one! I was a bit apprehensive about how good it would be, but I am very happy with it. It has good output (2x DVI, and HD out), and I have had no problems with it. I have successfully played Crysis, Far Cry 2, GTA4, Assassin's Creed, Tomb Raider Underworld, etc. etc. with not problems, even on high settings (that is on an Athlon X2 2.2GHz with 2.5GB RAM). On the subject of noise and heat, the fan is reasonably quiet, in fact I found that my processor fan drowned it out! The card does take up 2 slots though, and these days 8800GTs can be made to fit in just one slot space. That's the only dowSprn side I can think of though. A very good buy.
