I was recommended this product by a friend although put off buying it due to the hefty price. I then came across it by accident for just £39.99 when it was on offer and snapped it up. I was lucky to get it at this price as it usually costs anywhere between £60-80 which I personally think is a ridiculous price for a 30ml bottle however good the results are. Midnight secret is part of a skincare range by Guerlain called the "Guerlain Issima Specialist Skincare" range. The range includes a selection of luxurious products all of which contain a unique antioxidant complex that improves skin quality. They are supposed to result in smooth, luminous, ... Do you go out a lot; get back late from the office or simply just cannot find eight hours sleep? I find this is the case with me always. I wake up at 6.30am, then work till about 5pm, go to the gym and by the time I get into bed it is already midnight. I realised this had started taking toll on my face, I looked tired and skin just looked dull. I am a magazine junky too. I love reading Cosmo, Marie Claire and Glamour. This is a super product for refreshing and revitalising the skin however it comes with a hefty price tag which will put most people off. I paid £44.99 for a very attractive deep purple bottle with a gold top, this is actually a very good price for this product, in department stores it is nearer the £60 mark. It contains an oil that is extracted from a rare form of seaweed and it is designed to oxygenate, moisturise and purify your skin overnight. I had been enduring a very heavy work schedule and with the added pressures of motherhood and certainly I noticed a vast improvement in the state of my skin when I used this product. It is no substitution for a good ... Read the complete review

Midnight Secret by Guerlain is another one of those classic cult products, so naturally I had to try it. It promises to make it look as if you've had a full nights sleep, irrespective of how many hours you actually get, and that you will always wake up looking refreshed and well rested. A wonderful claim, which it does indeed fulfill, I think. This serum simply glides onto the skin and sinks in pretty much immediately, and leaves the skin with a wonderfully silky, velvety soft feeling. "Even if I don't wake up looking refreshed", I thought, "I'll still be going to bed happy!" I did however wake up looking well rested, but as I don't have ... Read the complete review
