I don't know if you remember but a few months ago I picked up shedloads of unwanted toiletries from a woman on Freecycle, there was literally a couple of hundred quids worth of stuff in there because there were BAGS of proper good brands. Inside the black bag there was a quite big make up bag that she had filled up with lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners and stuff like that..... she'd actually had it all given to HER and was just passing on what she didn't want herself.

I'd been using this lipgloss for a couple of weeks before my mate spotted the bottle and said I'd been keeping it quiet... I hadn't, I just didn't realise that this tiny little bottle was worth over £20.00!!! The gloss I've got is called Cherry Fizz, it's quite a rich red colour but a bit lighter than the one in the photo Dooyoo have got up. It comes in a small 6ml bottle but you only have to use a bit each time so there's no waste and this bottle has lasted me for ages so far and there's still a load in there.

You apply it with a little brush kind of like nail varnish, to me that's a lot easier than using a sponge applicator like most lip glosses come with. The brush is very good actually, the bristles are short and stay together good so that you can get a tidy line when you're putting the gloss on your lips. The brush also seems to pull up just the right amount of gloss each time, the best way to tell you about this is that with each push into the bottle you get enough gloss on there to do either your top or bottom lip with one full coat. This is brill because it means I can build up how heavy I want my gloss to look because obviously a night out needs glossier lips than just walking round the shops in the day.

The brilliant thing about this lip gloss is that even if you overdo it and put too much on it doesn't look cheap and nasty. It stays in the shape you've done your lips too and won't start running down your face or bleeding into the little lines round your mouth.

The colour is madly glossy, it smooths out the look of my lips even though at this time of year they get quite badly chapped and sore. It's like this gloss is adding a layer of glue or something to them to lay down all the loose bits of skin and it always makes my lips look mega healthy.

The shine this gloss gives you is amazing.... and mega surprising actually because it doesn't look all that glossy in the bottle or on the end of the brush! When you've put it on your lips though you get a shine that is nearly glittery, the gloss gives you a highlighted colour so that little patches of your lips are a slightly different colour to the main bulk of your lips...... that sounds weird I know but it helps the gloss to catch the light and makes it shimmer even better.

It lasts good as good, a million times longer than a L'Oreal gloss I was using the other day. I went on a big night out last weekend and only had to reapply this Guerlain KissKiss Gloss 3 times over the night, and if you think that sounds like a lot of effort just think that the same night out would have had me reapplying the L'Oreal gloss about 8 times or else I'd have just left it to wear away!

Recommended..... even for that high price this is a brill lip gloss and one I'm definately going to replace as soon as I get some spare cash!
