Advantages: Good product

Disadvantages: Pricey

When it comes to a bronzing powder I have always found Gerlain Terracotta to be a cut above the rest and one that justifies the high price as it really does do a good job of adding colour to your face and then that colour staying around for the night until you need to remove your makeup. Cheaper brands i find do not stay on long enough or add any real colour to your skin. It is not cheap, a 10 gramm pot will set you back around the £30 mark and it does pay to shop around.

There are different shades of colour available, I have used both the 02 and 03 shades and both are really effective. It comes in a small brown circular compact and in the inside of the lid there is a very good quality mirror, not one of these cheap plastic efforts that distorts your face but one that is clear and easy to see in.

Brushing the powder on your cheeks it has a smooh feel to it and an even distibution as well and you can see the colour building up, also it is a nice natural looking colour and you will not look like you have been tangoed. I find that it stays on my skin all day and also is fairly good even if I'm doing anything active but only up to a point of course.

For me it is certainly worth the extra money and as it is not a product I use every day, in fact it is more for days when I need to smarten up or if I'm going out so it does last a long time especially as you are not having to reapply it again during the day. Certainly recommended but shop around for the best price.
