mousedadrummer Zoom 505II Guitar Effects Pedal: ... m not what you would call a serious guitarist, Ive just taught myself over the past few years how to play purley for my own entertainment, so I cant really reveiw this pedal for being suitable for a proffesional, but for someone like me, a casual player, I would definetly recommend it. This is the first pedal I bought when I got my guitar and I chose it because of the price, the multi effects it had and the ability...

JimmyCorky Hohner 3/4 HC 03
... was my first classical guitar after deciding to give the style of playing a go, diversifying from 7 years of electric and acoustic. I can now say it was a brilliant guitar to set me off on the right track, and provides everything that a beginner needs. Hohner is a traditional guitar manufacturer and well known around the world for building good value products, in terms of price and performance. This particular guitar is 3/4 size with a spruce top and a hardwood fretboard. The gloss finish makes the guitar visually pleasing and i have never had any damage shown on mine, even though it has not been treated quite as well as it should have! The neck is quite wide and...

mousedadrummer Epiphone Les Paul Special II
... had this guitar over 2 year and man has it served me well! After learning to play on an encore strat copy, I was ready to upgrade. After looking round at all the Vintage, Squires and Crafters, I decided to take a risk and buy the Epiphone off the internet for £115 withough having played it first..and im so glad I did! For a beginner to intermediate player, or even for an expert as a second guitar this is a fantastic axe! It feels solid and has a good weight to it and hung down low like Slash or Billie Joe makes you feel like a rockstar. The double humbucker pickups have that great rock sound, which is great, however I guess one of the downsides is it is a guitar for r...

Caveat-Emptor Jim Dunlop Trigger Capo
... review of the Jim Dunlop Trigger Capo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Introduction ~~~~~~~~~ Capos act like an extra finger for a guitarist; they trap all 6 strings at any given fret in a barre, leaving the other fingers free to fret notes/chords as normal. They are used for 2 main purposes; To allow a singer to change the pitch of a song to a better more suitable key, without needing to play different chords, or to allow a guitarist to change the key of a piece (perhaps to fit in with other instruments) without altering the fingering of the piece in any way. There are many different design s of capo, but one of the most popular ones in recent times ...
