BC Rich VG-1 Guitar (B.C. Rich Virgin VG 1)
Member Name: TheDenominator
Advantages: Good for all levels Disadvantages: Nothing for me Bought this to replace a shoddy starter guitar and has lived with me ever since. Even as i progressed through from complete beginner to advanced guitar playing this guitar has been with me. I bought it for around 140 pounds off a friend, but it was barely used and came with a free strap (woo!). Anyway it has a basic 24 fret scale neck, which is thin rosewood for those faster fingered solo payers out there. the headstock is the best feature, it just looks so brutal. I have one in white and the colour contrast between the black and white makes the finish imepccable. As for sound, i play through an old Marshall VS15R, and it sounds amazing. It has tone/volume control knobs and a pickup switch toggle. Features to Bc Rich humbuckers and a standard bridge with no whammy bar. Which is good because id probably do some stupid whammy lift and break it. Overall for its price this guitar is a bargain, and i strongly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade from a beginner. Summary: 10/10 |
