... recently acquired a fender acoustic guitar. My Brother in law was kind enough to give me it and i was very grateful. I already have an acoustic guitar but it wasnt very expensive as i bought it when i first started to learn and have not got as far as buying another one yet. So the timing was perfect as i was ready to have a go at an upgrade. I took my new fender to my guitar lesson and my guitar teacher first wondered where i d got it from (as i hadnt bought it from his shop) and then took it to tune it before my lesson started. ... I left home for uni I perhaps ambitiously took with me an old acoustic guitar thinking i d fill some of those spare hours students find themselves with by teaching myself the guitar. Well by the beginning of my second year i could just about string together a few tunes and I am now the proud owner of a Squier Affinity Strat in black. I have owned the guitar for 7 months now and i must say for £100 it has been everything i could have hoped for.
