... this by accident at my local... tried it, and I was just in awe! I played dry through a Dual Rec. Since then I have toyed around with it through my usual rack set-up. Its got a great response to dynamics, and a pure wood like tone, that can play anything from scooped riffs, to blues. Quite simply its a Les Paul, without the bullshit, that wont break the bank, and you wont mind taking it out. It lends it self to battle! Bought this little wonder last week for the grand total of Euro1000. I know it doesnt have the bindings, the finish, or any of the usual Les Paul niceties.
