First things first: DO NOT GET THIS AS A FIRST GUITAR! The body is an easy fit on the knee and it has a slightly contoured back and pretty easy access to the high frets. The pickup selection system is pretty simple and gives you the options of using just the bridge, just the neck, just the middle single coil, 1 coil of the bridge with center and 1 coil of neck with center. I would have preferred use of the whole humbucker with the single coil personally. The neck is beautifully smooth and quite flat and hence makes it super easy to achieve a low action for playing lead. The pickups were half decent albeit not perfect.
