Advantages: Cheap, good whammy bar, nice neck

Disadvantages: Low profile trem can be awkward, if you break a string the whole guitar goes out of tune

First things first: DO NOT GET THIS AS A FIRST GUITAR! The body is an easy fit on the knee and it has a slightly contoured back and pretty easy access to the high frets. The pickup selection system is pretty simple and gives you the options of using just the bridge, just the neck, just the middle single coil, 1 coil of the bridge with center and 1 coil of neck with center. I would have preferred use of the whole humbucker with the single coil personally. The neck is beautifully smooth and quite flat and hence makes it super easy to achieve a low action for playing lead. The pickups were half decent albeit not perfect. The tremolo system was the let down for me overall. The setup for it was incredibly fiddly which I sort of expected but it was made worse because it is a low profile trem so you always have to be on the watch during string changes. The trem system works after you have spent an hour and a half setting it up though. I sold mine in the end because it just wasn't for me.

Summary: Good guitar as long as you know what you are in for!
