Advantages: Lightweight design and luch clean sound

Disadvantages: distortion is a little thin so may not suite hard rock or metal styles

They say a bad workman shouldn't blame his tools but every good workman likes to have the right tools for the job and this is the right peace of equipment for me.

The first thing any musician looks for when choosing his instrument is the sound of which the Paul Reed Smith Tremonti has a great one. The clean sound from the guitar is crystal clear with a nice sheen to it and fantastic for indie, soft rock and pop style playing, because of the lightweight design of the guitar the distorted sound is a little thin so it may not be ideal for guitarists how are making heavier music but it does work very well if you want to add a little distortion to your songs without it being overbearing.

The design of the guitar its self is very light which makes it easy to maneuver and thus makes it a great performance guitar. Also the lightweight design makes the fretboard lighter and easy to play.

As with most PRS guitars the look is sleek and pretty without being to flashy so works well for those who nwant a guitar that looks good without being to flashy.

As with most guitars the price will very depending on the edition but mine cost around the £500 mark which makes this a very good value mid priced guitar.

Summary: a nice little guitar
