This guitar is extremely good at what it intended for... Playing metal! It has a lovely clean sound as well but i would not recommend it for playing anything other than metal. The tone is heavy, yet sharp and clear. Duncan pickups and jackson guitars seem to complement each other, as perfect partners. The shape is awesome, both looking and feeling. It is much more comfortable than most standard shaped guitars. The balance is great and once playing, you will find this a very addictive instrument indeed.
