 ... Shadows Bass Guitar feels really solid and well built, and the finish is very good - I found it easy to adjust to my playing style; which is a big plus too. My Verdict ~~~~~~~ If you like 60's panache and shed loads of different pick up switching options and sounds then I'd recommend this bass whole heartedly - it's just so versatile and I love it!! When i picked this bass up i was intrigued at how it would play and feel, i needent of got my hopes up. ive played many basses and if im being honest this probably not one i would recomend to a seasoned bass veteran or a noobie. The bass isnt too heavy which is good for new players because a large heavy bass can cause problems in grasping the instrument ( metaphorically ). i played this bass through 2 amps and found it extremely hard to get a good mixture of sounds with it, if u want a twangy sound that sounds like your playing your bass with metal gloves on and using a fork as a plec then your away with this bass.
