Advantages: Good tuners, comfortable, nice design

Disadvantages: Rhythm pickup sounds too bassy

This is my second guitar, it is a Les Paul copy made in China. It has a standard string thru bridge with a rosewood fretboard with trapezoid inlays. I'm not sure what wood it' made out of. The pickups are standard Tokai ones and the tuners I think are Grover. This guitar is based on the Gibson Les Paul standard, mine is in Cherry Sunburst.

The tuners work great, I always forget to tune but it stays in tune very well. The neck itself is very smooth, the fretboard is very, very good, fret wires are the perfect height, its easy to slide, I love the D shape of the neck. The treble and middle pickup positions are very good but the rhythm pickup is a bit too bassy for me but I'm sure this could be fixed by adjusting the height of the pickup or with a eq tweak.

I use a Roland Cube 30X at home and it sounds good with it but when I used it with my friend's Vox AC4 tube amp it was even better. It is perfect for blues and rock, it also sounds nice unplugged as well.

I originally wanted an Epiphone SG but I am very glad that the sales person introduced me to this guitar. It is one of the best guitars in this price range.

Summary: Good solid guitar
