Advantages: Good Quality, Easy to play, Great sound

After learning to play guitar for about a year on an old Yamaha SJ 180 i was looking for a new guitar as started to improve my playing. Preferably i was lookin for a nice Gibson guitar or one of the other more fashionable (and expensive) Guitar makers. I visited a few local shops playing on various guitars and could not find anything that felt nice enough to play to warrant the amount of money they cost.

Just as i was to give up i spotted a Yamaha for a bargain £150 on the wall. Despite wanting to move away from Yamaha Guitars, because my old one was proving difficult to play to say the least, i picked up the FG 700 MS because it looked like a nice guitar and after five minutes of playing it i bought it. i never realised how much easier it would be to play on a good quality new guitar.

The neck is much thinner than older models making it easier to get your hand around, and the low action of the strings makes it really light on ur fingers.

I would thoroughly recommend the FG 700 MS for any beginner or intermediate not wanting to part with to much money and i would chalenge anyone to find a better guitar for the money!
