totalserenity Umberto Giannini Spa Rituals Overnight Magic Hair Repair: ... few months ago Boots had an offer on whereby you spent £5 on general products and received a £2 voucher off a range of hair care products including the designer name Umberto Giannini... Not my usual brand of choice, however my eye was caught by a Spa Rituals product in his range called Overnight Magic Hair Repair , costing £4.88 before the discount. Now I have to be honest and admit I would not usually pay aroun...

meganstrong123 SCP Tourmaline Medium Mk 5.3 Hair Straightener
... have very fine hair which is also quite flyaway, which means that I need a good straightener to hold the shape of my hair, but I cannot use a straightener that fries my thin hair. Most of my friends own the GHD Straighteners and most of the salons that I visit use this same brand. Although these straighteners do exactly what they should, they straighten my hair possibly too much and tend to fry it a little (not to mention the sky high price tag!) On recently visiting my hairdressing salon, I asked my stylist if she knew of any good brand and reputable straighteners that did a good job of straightening the hair whilst being gentle and not causing excessive heat damage. ...

Rosie78 Lush Shampoo Bars
... started using Lush shampoo bars after feeling guilty about seeing how many shampoo bottles I was throwing away. The benefit of shampoo bars is that there is absolutely no packaging, the bar is like a soap and each one lasts for ages. For those unfamiliar with Lush, they try to use natural and environmentally friendly ingredients, which was another motivation for using them. The main one I used was Squeaky Green, and I tried a couple of others as well. Shampoo bars do clean your hair very well, but I found I also needed a separate conditioner. I have quick fine hair, and a lot of it so I really need something to help detangle. The smell of the bars I found very pleasant...

cerys82 Lush Jumping Juniper
... I suppose that I am a fully fledged member of Doo Yoo now, I have purchased my first Lush product! I just popped into my local store as my other half wanted to look in there for Christmas gifts. I was very intrigued by the solid shampoo, having not been particularly impressed with any other liquid shampoo that I have used in the past, except for perhaps Head and Shoulders. On seeing this one and that it was the one most suited to my hair type I thought that I would give it a go. It costs £4.53 for 55g and apparently contains lavender, the titular juniper berries, lemon and lime. The block itself is purple. On initial smell, the main scent is that of citrus, per...
