I have been trying to grow my hair for years and have tried various products/vitamins, you name it I've tried it. However when I came across this I was slightly intrigued as it doesn't claim to produce 'miraculous effects' but simply 'grow your hair by 3 more inches' which seemed more realistic. I did exactly what was instructed. Apply the pre-wash treatment to dry hair, every 2nd wash, and leave for 1 hour or more.
