	Alberto VO5 Extreme Style Gel Wax ... rarely do I use a wax type of product on my hair. To be honest with you with jaw-length hair I haven t really felt the need and never in the past really got on with it anyway. However having jaw-length hair can be a bit of a problem when it comes to going to the gym and jogging and stuff like that (which I do daily). It s a bit too long to allow it to flop all my sweaty face but hard work to put it in a band (as in a ponytail) due to my hair being so fine and not quite long enough so I end up looking a right old scruff bag! 	Alphosyl 2 in 1 Shampoo ... (but the greys do keep coming!!) I have had several scalp treatments off the doctor, but most of them had a very unpleasant smell as they are coal tar based and most didn t leave my hair in good condition. Coal tar has been used in skin conditions for hundreds of years it has a mild antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects, and relieves itching - but it stinks!!!!. 	Alberto VO5 Extreme Style Gel Wax ... refreshing to know there is finally a small pot of magic that I can use now whenever I want ultimate style with my hair.
