	Philips QT4020 ... 6 weeks worth of growth on his chin was left to me. Researching the market on beard trimmers was a minefield; all I wanted to do was cut my husband s beard and was surprised to find that there were more devices marketed as all over hair clippers than simple trimmers. For some reason, hubby was somewhat reticent about letting me loose with a trimmer anywhere other than on his beard and the Philips QT4020 proved to be the answer. Designed purely as a beard trimmer, the length of the cut is adjustable by a "twist" control that moves the comb attachment up and down between 9 settings so there is no need to switch between attachments. 	Philips Tresemme HP4982/07 Salon Control Ionic Shine ... be honest, to me a hairdryer is a hairdryer and I can t say they get me that excited. This one seems to do it s job pretty well though. It can be really quite fast but you can adjust both heat and er....wind speed(?). It has the ability to fire ions at your head and some people say this makes your hair sleeker whilst others say it makes it dry faster. I can t really say I ve noticed much difference either way. Sorry if this sounds less than enthusiastic, I just reckon that there s only so much you can expect from a hair dryer (i.e. making your hair drier) and I think they will probably never do your hair much good (they re still blasting it with hot air) . 	Philips Tresemme HP4982/07 Salon Control Ionic Shine ... m really fussy with my hair, for me money is never an issue when it comes to my hair as I m a real girly girl and like to spend time on getting my hair just perfect and with that comes the money to buy the right products that will suit my hair type. I ve had so many hairdryers over the years, my last one being a Nicky Clarke product which I was really satisfied with, that is, until it died on me after about 8 months. It was a 2000 watt so quite powerful and was able to dry my hair in minimal time.
