What can I say ?? I have bought some extremely expensive shampoos in the past but Alberto Balsam Anti-oxidant Blueberry shampoo is up there with the best of them and at a mere 98p for a 400ml bottle! The clear bottle is simple with a black flip lid and a sticker to the front and back. The blue shampoo is visible and the life-like blueberry photo to the front makes you crave blueberries. This simple design also allows you to easily see how much is left in the bottle! I would proudly leave this on show in my bathroom. Blueberries have always been known to be high in anti-oxidants. There are so many shampoos that have exotic flavours these days.This shampoo is supposed to be Blueberry flavoured, but I am not so sure. The smell is sweet and fruity, but not overpowering like the apple version from the same brand. It looks a bit off-putting really; the blue colour does little to inspire you, and I can't help but wonder whether this is a good seller. Consistency-wise, it's liquid but gel-like, and stays in your hand very well, unlike some runnier shampoos that drip everywhere. This anti-oxidant shampoo is one of the scents in the Alberto Balsam range. I came across it at Sainsbury's and they were on offer so I picked up a couple of bottle to give them a whirl. The shampoo comes in a 400ml bottle and contains blueberry and ginseng extracts which claim to nourish the hair and leave it manageable and shiny. This particular one is recommended for coloured or damaged hair which mine definitely is after being bleached for months on end. It costs 85p per bottle or you can whip down to Sainsburys and buy it whilst it's on offer at the moment. The shampoo is very blue in colour and it's rather thick in consistency. When you flip ...
