Advantages: Great smell, flip top lid, small hole to easily dispense a small amount.

Disadvantages: None

I am always looking for ways to save money recently and I saw this was on offer recently when browsing my local Tesco looking for a few beauty products and so I decided to give it a try.

The bottle is clear plastic with a grey flip top lid and a label providing all the information on how to use it and what the ingredients are etc.

The shampoo itself is green in colour and as soon as I open the flip top lid I can smell the green apples and it really does smell very fruity and almost a little exotic. The shampoo pours out nicely and because there is only a small hole in the top I do not get a whole handful and can easily dispense a 50p sized piece. I apply the shampoo to my hair and rub all over, the shampoo produces a nice amount of lather and I make sure to concentrate particularly on the roots & ends of my hair as the roots can be greasy and the ends a little dry. I can smell the apples more now and the smell is very pleasing. Once finished I rinse off the shampoo & follow with the conditioner (review to follow). After using the shampoo my hair feels very smooth & manageable and I think because I combined this with the conditioner I got an even better result. My hair was soft and smooth for a good 2 full days (this is unusual for me) and it had a lovely smell for the first day which disappeared after the 2nd day but my hair did not appear greasy or smell unclean at all. My hair is normally greasy after 24-36 hours so I was very pleased with this result.

I suffer from sensitive skin and this product did not irritate my scalp or neck at all and I was able to brush my hair with ease without worrying about pulling it too much or creating broken ends.

This product is available for 93p from Tesco for a 400ml bottle or on a 4 for £3.00 offer which I think is very reasonable and I would definitely recommend buying this product and trying it out yourself.

Overall I was very impressed with the condition of my hair and it was much improved even after just one wash. I will be using this shampoo & the conditioner again and at this bargain price I must rate it 5/5.

Summary: A great scented reasonably priced product for keeping your hair clean.
