When shampoo comes in flavours of something you really want to eat, you run the dangerous risk of making sure no-one is looking and taking a quick swig in the shower. This is very likely when it comes to strawberries and cream shampoo.

Now, I don't have much hair, but I still wash it! Every morning, the main thing I am looking for is a way to wake my body up, and this really does the trick. This shampoo smells very strongly of sweetness. I wouldn't call it strawberries and cream, but it certainly is floral and sweet.

Consistency-wise, it's liquid but gel-like, and stays in your hand very well, unlike some runnier shampoos that drip everywhere.

The lather is good, and just a few seconds of scalp massage will produce a good soapy lather, even for the little hair I have.

The main brilliance of the product is the smell, which is so refreshing and sweet that it wakes you up with a powerful start. Your whole shower smells great using this, and that is what it's all about is it not?

Don't worry though; you won't spend the whole day smelling of strawberries. When you rinse it off, it pretty much disappears, leaving you with just the slightest fruity aroma.

At 98p a bottle, it's well priced for a brand name, and is well worth it. I find the cheaper bottles don't have the same power to them.
