Alberto V05 Miracle Mist

My hair suffers from frizz, which isn't helped because I straighten it. One day my mother presented me with this miracle; VO5 miracle mist. I don't use this as a heat protecting spray, although in the past I have tried using it for that purpose and it does a good job, not excellent as my hair still gets a bit of visable heat damage, but it does it well enough. I've been reading a lot of foxyred's great reviews lately, and as I commented to her, its making me examine my own hair to see whether I should pay more attention....it appears I should! My hair is very long and thick and I dye it black fairly often (the profile pic of me with highlighted hair is 2 years old!) so examining it, it does look exhausted quite frankly! If you use dryer or flat iron, you should how easy your hair get damaged. that's why you should protect them as much as you can. I use flat iron for a long time , what could be harm to my hair, but after I discover Alberto VO5 Miracle mist, I am not more worried.
