Good stuff this in my view. Its more expensive than standard gels, but as a result you're getting a superior product which has a good range of functions. First off it has a pleasant smell which is vaguely reminiscent of strawberry's. The product looks like mud, but you only have to spread a small amount in your finger tips to ... I was introduced to this product by a friend, and due to the recent adverts which spurred me to write this review. I have used the product a few times and now it sits in the cupboard collecting dust. Why? Read on. ~~~TUB DESIGN~~~ It is a nice design, easy shallow and small making it easy to store. A twisty lid means you can get it ... Read the complete review

Alberto? VO5 Extreme Stlye Matt Clay After trying lots and lots of different hair products, for short straight hair like mine, I find that some sort of clay or gum or putty works the best for me. I am a big fan of the VO5 range, and have tried many of their different products. The one you choose ultimately depends on your ... Read the complete review

This stuff is great! Especially if you are a guy like me who's hair 'grows like Ivy' - i.e is quite thick and can get long in a matter or weeks. Basically, this produce comes in a small tin with a twist off lid and costs about £3.50. Unlike many other male hair products, it is a dry paste as opposed to a wet gel which i like as it ... I have extrememly thick hair that seems to have more spring back to its original style than anyone else I have ever come across! As such I have messed about with most hair styling products for men. I started my career with hard gel with the wet look, progressed into different pastes and eventually ended up trying this wax. For me ... Read the complete review

VO5 Matt Clay comes in a blue tinned container with a twistable lid. The container is quite stylish although VO5 have recently changed the look to a dark blue with less writing on the front. I like the new blue but I prefer the older design shown in this picture. After a long time of opening and closing the ridges begin to show some really bad ... Read the complete review

Having great looking hair is very important to me and it has been a long journey in finding something that I like and can use when my hair is both short and long. I first discovered VO5 Matt Clay on a trip to my local supermarket. It was on special offer (buy two VO5 products for the price of one) so I decided to give it a ... Read the complete review

VO5 Matt Clay is a unisex hair styling product, sold at nearly all the usual supermarket and pharmacy chains. The product comes in a small metallic blue tin and will usually set you back just over £3, unless its on special offer. I have short thickish hair and have tried many different hair products over the year, usually being a sucker ... Read the complete review

Alberto VO5 Matt Clay is a part of the extreme styling range. For about £3 you can by this little blue tinned hair product at most supermarkets and stores. With only 75ml in it intially I was put off! I remember buying huge tubs of gel that lasted a week so I thought i was just going to throw my money away! But after getting used to it ... This wax really does do what it says on the tin; ' for texture and definition, with a matt finish, easy to wash out'. Unlike gel your hair wont go hard but stay dry, just like it normally is. If you are looking for a choppy/messy hair style this product is a must. The only thing i didnt like about it was its scent. smells like a ... Read the complete review

I've used this product a number of times, and it works wonders for keeping the hair styled and in place. I usually end the night on the town with my hair the same as when I left - though it has a greasy tinge by the end. Its easy to apply though to make sure you dont start the night with that dreaded greasy tinge - make sure your hairs pretty much ... Read the complete review

I always hold back from hair products as much as possible, other than the essential shampoos and such. I was forced to venture into the world of hair styling after I had my hair cut and some extra help was needed to keep it in it's sort of flicky, sticky uppy, kind of position. Being a girl, with jaw length hair, it would be daft if I ... Read the complete review

I'm always wary about reviewing products for hair because, to put it bluntly, everybody has varying degrees of hair strength and structure - which naturally means any product is likely to differ in their useability with people. That being said, VO5's Matt Clay, in its understated packaging of blue and white, produces the best definition I have ... Read the complete review

I have very thick hair, and it starts to curl when it gets to about 35mm long.
