Aldi Extracts Ginger Conditioner

I bought this conditioner at the same time as the shampoo from the same range after seeing it on the shelf in my mums bathroom during a recent visit and enjoying the intense ginger smell.

The bottle looks simple yet stylish and I would have given it a higher price tag than the 59p Aldi have given this 250ml bottle. The bottle suggests that this product will 'enliven and stimulate the hair and scalp...... leave your hair feeling soft, shiny and healthy'

The light peachy-creamy coloured conditioner has a very intense ginger scent, like pure stem ginger. It reminds me of when I cook using grated or finely chopped ginger.

I have used this conditioner a couple of times after using the shampoo from the same range. On both occasions I have found that my hair becomes knotty during washing and it takes me ages to comb through once all of the product has been washed out. It does not leave my hair feeling soft. It does feel quite dry after using this product.

I am really disappointed with both the shampoo and conditioner in this range so I will give my bottles to my mum who actually really likes these. The smell is still divine for me!

Summary: Great smell, great price, poor results for my hair
