“ Brand: Asda / Type: Hair Shampoo / Subcategory: Gloss „
This caught my eye when I nipped into Asda recently to pick up some more Shampoo. I have taken to use L'Oreal Elvive Shampoo more thesedays as I think it works well on my Hair but I caught sight of this nearby to where I was looking and the Pink colouring stood out for me. I think with the colouring they are trying to look a bit like the pink L'Oreal Shampoo and I had a quick look at this bottle and decided to have a try. This comes in a 400ml bottle and I got this for a bargain £1. I had a quick sniff of this before I bought it and thought it smelt lovely. The bottle doesn't look all too fancy. It looks like the picture above and although the pink colour is nice the label is a bit simple looking. This has a flip top lid which is easy enough to open even with wet hands. On the back of this bottle it stated that this has Silk Protein to help boost shine and help with Dull or tired Hair. Sounds good to me. I wouldn't say that I have ovely dull Hair or that but I would like my Hair to be shinier than it is. I would asume that this is for all Hair types so not specifically for Dry hair or that. Just anyone wanting a bit more Shine. This is a medium thickness Cream and a little blob of this will lather up well and rinse out easily as well. It's hard to say what this smells like but it is a clean Moisturising kind of scent and perhaps a bit of a floral scent through this as well. I used this with the matching Conditioner. How do I find my Hair after using this? I find that this works well. This doesn't irritate my scalp and leaves my Hair nice and soft. I can't say that I notice a huge amount of shine after using this but my Hair does look and feel soft and for the price of this I would recommend this and will be buying this again when my current bottle has finished.
We all like to save a few pennies, don't we? & with the current economic downfall, it's important we all cut back atleast a little bit! With the price of shampoo and conditioner averaging at £2.50, i decided to purchase some of the Asda's own brand 'gloss and shine' shampoo, at £1 for a decent sized 400ml bottle. The bottle itself is a lovely baby pink colour and it doesn't look like a cheapo product in the slightest! This shampoo aims to help boost the shine of dull and dry hair, restoring and nourishing it The shampoo contains silk protein which moistures and conditions, boosting the shine. It also contains vitacomplex, strengthening your hair from root to tip. The shampoo has a thick consistency like most and smells really nice and sweet. I'd say this products aimed at women but is actually ideal for men too, if they're looking for shiny, strong hair! I absoloutly love this shampoo, it's such a bargain and leaves my hair soft and shiny! It doesn't leave any greasiness and is easily washed out. I'd reccomend to anyone who's looking to save a bit of money to try this as it's great and doesn't feel or look cheap atall. I give it a 5/5 - Give it a go!
Ok so you know how it is these days with prices raising with near enough every little item that's for sale. Here and there we like all like to save a few pennies to put away for a rainy day. You know that saying... Look after those pennies and the pounds look after themselves, well with prices increased we need all need to cut back here and there with some things. Mine tends to be shampoo, conditioner, washing up, washing tablets, ect you get my point. So one after noon while out shopping I picked up this shampoo which I was in desperate need of as id run out of it at home and id also pick up the same conditioner. It caught my attention with the girlie colour, and also the eye catching price. After trying this product a few times I thought it share with you my experience. When your looking for certain items, your wanting something that finds you, not you straining your eyes looking for it. This item stuck out to me straight away with its bright pink 400ml plastic bottle, not forgetting its price tag of £1.00. I'm not going to waste my time or yours with describing the bottle and you can see from the picture what it looks like. The shampoo aims to help boost shine of dull, tired hair, for glamorous hair with sheer gloss that restores and nourishes. The shampoo contains silk protein to moisture and condition boosting shine. It also has vitacomplex to help strengthen your hair from root to tip, which leaves you with naturally beautiful hair. So its not really difficult to imagine how to use this product its not rocket science. The shampoo is quite a thick one not runny like most cheap and cheerful products and also has a sweet, pleasant smell from it. Now I know what most people are probably thinking.... Pink bottle, sweet smelling scent must be for women! I will be completely honest with you, its actually not which I was quite surprised at, I would say its unisex. I thought this was a fantastic shampoo, everything about it I thought was great which is why I had to share my experience with you and also help you to save a few pennies. Lets face it most shampoos cost anywhere between £1.99 to £2.99 this is a definite steal at £1.00. I found that the shampoo left my hair soft, it felt clean, smelt absolutely fantastic and had a healthy shine coming from it. As an every day shampoo this is a winner for me as it doesn't upset my greasy roots and dry split ends. I would recommend this product to everyone, to give it ago I really don't think that you will be disappointed. I would rate the shampoo full marks of 5 out of 5. If you are looking to buy this product the place to find it is hidden in the title. ASDA Hair Formulas Gloss & Shine Shampoo because your worth it!! I would like to take the time to thank you for reading my review. I hope that it is of some use to you thanks again, it is very much appreciated.
Recently I was a little low on cash. Usually I go for branded hair products only even though I always purchase them when they're on offer however when in Asda looking at the shampoos and conditioners I saw nothing that was as cheap as this for the size I would be getting and promising to give gloss and shine to my hair I decided it had to be worth a go! The Packaging: Bright pink bottle that has a flip-top lid to the top of it and is 400ml in size and made of plastic. On the front of the bottle I am told that it is Asda Essential Care Hair Formula's Shampoo Gloss & Shine 'Silk protein to help boost shine of dull, tired hair. For glamorous hair with sheer gloss' and that it contains a vitamincomplex that nourishes and restores. On the back of the bottle other information includes being told a bit about the product, how to use it, warnings are given as well as the ingredients stated, the size is given and contact details for Asda are stated. The bottle is nice looking and easy to handle and of course informative enough. A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On The Back Of The Bottle: Silk protein to moisture and condition boosting shine. Vitacomplex to help strengthen hair from root to tip. Leaves you with naturally beautiful hair. Using It: All you need to do with this shampoo is to use a small blob of the white iridescent liquid that really isn't too runny or anything like that. It has a slight fruity smell to it that is rather sweet and pleasant and unisex. It lathers up with ease, rinses with equal ease and it's up to you if you rinse and repeat of course. It leaves hair soft, feeling clean and smelling nice for a good few hours too. I don't think it really glosses and adds shine to the hair however it doesn't harm it and my hair appears clean and does smell nice and fresh. As an every day cleansing shampoo this is very passable as it doesn't upset my greasy roots and dry split ends.... however it doesn't really live up to it's claims of making my hair shiny though it doesn't as promised dull my hair. Only available in Asda priced at a pound a bottle.
