I tried a bottle of this about 2 months ago and although I wouldn't buy this again, I thought it was worth a shot since it only cost 12p, and since I could write about my experience about this, then I could make money for the amount that I spent.
This totally looks cheap and not that cheerful. It is a white plastic bottle and the only colour on this is the lime green colouring of the Smart Price writing. There is a little picture of what looks like a blob of the Shampoo, but the whole thing isn't that eye catching. I found this down the bottom shelf of the Shampoo aisle, and around the other side of the aisle I found the matching Shower Gel which cost a bargain 8p! This bottle is 500ml. It has a screw top lid and the mouth of the bottle is quite wide.
When I poured this out I was expecting it to be as runny as water, but it was a little thicker than I expected. It had more of a Cream consistency rather than a Gel and I slopped this onto my long-ish thick hair and lathered it in. It foamed up pretty well and stuck to my wet hair good enough while I used my shower Gel - just went through the normal routine. It rinsed off alright too and although I had visions of this sticking in my hair it was alright and rinsed out in about the normal lenght of time.
I really wasn't that keen on the smell of this. I don't tend to use Fruity Scents, or any particular smell, as mine just normally smell a clean fresh scent, but this smelt a bit flowery. When it rinsed off you could smell the floral scent on your hair, but it wasn't too strong.
I still used my normal conditioner on my hair after using this and perhaps used a bit more than normal. This is just because I imagined this to make my hair feel like straw and unmannageable, but it done a good enough job and especially for the price.
I'm not putting men down, but since most men just grab their Shower Gel and wash their hair then I think this would do good for them - apart from the odd flowery smell though!
Not for me since I have thick, quite long, highlighted hair, but i'm sure some people would find this works alright for them
