Advantages: Smells nice

Disadvantages: Didnt do the job

I have recently gone back to being a brunette because my hair was getting rather frazzled with all the bleaching and colouring over the past nine months. I have been left with frizzy hair that puffs up whenever any moisture hits it so I was looking for something that might help to calm this down a bit. I saw this in Superdrug and decided to give it a go although I must add that I used a sachet which cost me 98p and gave me two applications.

The conditioner was rather thick and creamy and came out of the packet with ease. It's a creamy blue in colour and I suppose you could describe it as 'duck egg' blue. It had a nice smell to it although I can't put my finger on exactly what it smelt like. The only thing I can say is it reminded me of something you would find in a hair salon.

The conditioner applies easily and sticks to the hair instead of falling straight onto the shower floor and going down the plug hole. It also rinses out easily and my hair was left feeling squeaky clean and soft. I could also run my fingers through my hair with ease as there was no knots or tangles to be found anywhere.

When my hair was dry, it smelt lovely and was very soft but I didn't think that my hair was any less frizzy than before. Maybe two applications isn't enough to get the full effect but if this is the case then why do they sell it in little sachets. Surely if it's suppose to be as good as they make out just one or two applications should be enough to turn my frizz ball into sleek locks as it promised on the packaging.

I'm glad I tried it but I won't bother paying nearly a fiver for a big bottle and will just have to hope and pray that over time my hair will regain its strength and beauty!

Summary: I wouldn't bother

I guess the idea of the sachets is to use when travelling, not so much to test it out.
