Advantages: Not too expensive.

Disadvantages: Stinks!!!!

Along with the three minute miracle conditioner, I was given this for my birthday a while back. I had heard quite a lot of good things about this range and my mother in law wouldn't stop ranting and raving about the stuff so I was quite intrigued about how well it would perform on my locks.

The bottle doesn't look that amazing. It's cream in colour and has purple and green writing telling me exactly what the shampoo is. Apparently it's for fine and limp hair and promises to 'leave your hair with body and fullness from root to tips'. It comes in a 300ml bottle and although I don't know exactly how much it costs, I did see it on offer in Sainsburys at 2 for £5. I don't think this is too bad at all as shampoo like Pantene seems to be around that price too.

The bottle has a lid that you have to push on one side and the little hole where the shampoo oozes out of appears. After wetting my hair with warm water, I poured a dollop into my hand. I found that I needed to give the bottle quite a good squeeze for anything to come out and when it did the shampoo was quite thick and it was a very pale pink in colour.

It massaged into my hair very well and very quickly formed a lot of bubbles but I couldn't get over the smell. On the back of the bottle it says 'Massage shampoo into scalp and roots of wet hair whilst your flatmate exclaims "whats that smell?". What that smell indeed! It really is horrible! It was so strong and made me feel quite sick to be honest. I can't put my finger on the actual smell but let me tell you that it reminds me of the cheapest Smartprice soap that you can buy from Asda. It really was discusting and I can't get that point across enough.

The shampoo rinsed out well and didn't leave any residue behind which I was pleased of as I quickly proceeded to rub some nice smelling conditioner into my hair to mask the smell.

This shampoo promises 'big hair' so despite the fact that it had a horrible smell, I was prepared to by pass this is it did give my hair a bit of fullness. I dried my locks the way I usually do and I have to say it didn't look any different to me. Perhaps I was expecting to much........I don't know but my hair was still limp and was no softer or shinier than it usually is.

Over all I am not impressed with this shampoo at all and I will definately not buy it myself. I have to add at this point that I have used the shampoo on numerous occasions because I hate throwing things away so this review isn't based on a one off use. Each time the smell has put me off the product and my hair hasn't looked any different. So much for being amazing!

Summary: Dont buy it!
