Anybody who regularly reads my reviews will be aware by now that I work part-time as an Avon Representative, when my poor health allows. This means that I get great access to many of the Avon ranges, and I am offered the opportunity to sample many new additions to the assorted Avon ranges before they become available in the Avon brochures. I had been intrigued with some new products that were added to the Avon "Advance Techniques" range of hair care products and accessories a while back, mainly because the new additions all contained an ingredient called "Moroccan Argan Oil." I knew of the beneficial qualities of this ingredient prior to ... Read the complete review

I received a selection of Avon Morrocan Argan Oil products for my birthday. They were actually the first present that I opened and I was really excited as I hadn't realised Avon had released this range. I already use an Argan oil product on my hair - Macadamia oil (which despite the name is part macadamia oil and part Argan oil) and it's done wonders for my hair. It is quite expensive so I was interested to see how the cheaper Avon alternative would compare. The shampoo comes in a silver coloured plastic bottle with a bright turquoise blue flip top lid and the label also features turquoise accents. The colours fit in well with my bathroom colour scheme which I ... Read the complete review

I really struggle to find shampoo and conditioner that is right for my hair. I had recently invested in some Tigi bottles as it was one product I heard lots of fantastic feedback about. Unfortunately it didn't work very well for me and I had stupidly bought the massive salon sized bottles so was lumbered with it for months! When the time came to try a new product I was reluctant to spend nearly £30 on shampoo and conditioners again after my previous experience so I went to the other extreme and paid just £1.20 per bottle of shampoo and conditioner for the 360 Nourishment Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo from Avon. I had heard that Argan Oil was the new big thing on ... Read the complete review

I was flicking through an Avon book the other month and on the front cover there was this product. I tend to use much the same Haircare products on my hair all of the time and I was unaware of Argan Oil and anything about it. My friend saw me looking through the book and went on to say all the benefits of this Oil and how great it was, so I decided to try the product for myself. Apparently you can buy Argan Oil products from salons but they are pretty expensive. This range comes in a Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum and now a Hair Mask, but it is only the Shampoo and Conditioner I have tried so far. The Shampoo comes in a 250ml bottle which the right price is £3 ... Read the complete review

~ Avon Advanced Techniques Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo ~ I have previously reviewed the Avon Moroccan leave in treatment oil and when I bought that I also purchased the shampoo and conditioner of the same variety. My initial reason for purchasing the shampoo and conditioner was simply because they were on an introductory price offer and therefore were pretty cheap. I also like that I would have three products of the same variety to help me get my hair into a better condition. Due to the introductory offer I paid £1.50 for this bottle of shampoo but it's usual RRP is £2.80, I can say though that due to it being an Avon product you may often find it on ...
