Advantages: Convenient packaging to take on holiday

Disadvantages: It does not provide the intense condition that I was expecting.

I have naturally curly hair which tends to be dry and prone to frizz, as a result I like to use a weekly deep conditioning treatment. I bought this product because I was looking for a deep conditioning treatment to take on holiday with me. Avon market this product as a means of repairing and taming frizz prone hair. The conditioner comes in a box of four individual tubes which cost around £4. I find that individual tubes are were much more convenient to fit in my sponge bag than another large bottle. Unfortunately, the convenient packaging was the best thing about the conditioner for me.

The conditioner is creamy with a pleasant smell. I left it on my hair for about 5 minutes and was hoping that it would repair and tame my frizz prone hair as promised. Whilst my hair did feel conditioned and softer after use, it did not feel as if I had used a deep conditioning product. In fact it did not really feel any different from using my normal every day conditioner. I did not find that there was any difference to my frizz either. This was disappointing because I had specifically wanted a deep condition, not a repeat of my daily conditioner. As a result, I ended up buying another conditioner whilst I was away.

If you are looking for a convenient way to take a daily conditioner on holiday with you, I would recommend this product. However, I would not recommend it as a deep conditioning treatment. It works as a daily conditioner, but it certainly does not live up to Avon's marketing. Overall I found it disappointing and I won't be buying it again.

Summary: Not an intense conditioner, so a bit of a waste of time and money for me.
