Advantages: Fabulously priced

Disadvantages: Not very pretty

So.. My mum regularly orders from Avon, where as i am not normally a fan, however this product and the protection serum were on a four for £7 deal... so she ordered two of each product and gave me the spare ones.
Not having a very possitive attitude towards Avon, i didn't have high hopes... But i have to say i was pleasently surprised :)

Presented in a small (100mls) white bottle, with a small bright red nozzle, its not exactly the most stylish thing on my shelf, but at that price... who cares?! The nozzle is very small, which means that there is only a very fine mist sprayed so that you're hair is not overloaded with product.

The instructions on the bottle state that you should spray from 15cm away from you're head before any heated product is used (such as hairdryer, straighteners, curlers etc.) It works by sealing the cuticle of you're hair, so that the heat doesn't effect you're hair as much.
It doesn't claim to stop all heat damage, which is good as its not misleading.

There is no immidiate signs of the product working, but after three or so goes, i really noticed that my hair stayed softer and "silkier" for much longer, and i havn't had to use intensive conditioner so often.

It smells like a really expensive product, with slight after aroma of cherries and vanilla. Its a very fresh scent that lingers on your hair all day long :)
I normally use Lee Stafford heat protection, and at £7.50 a pop, i can't really afford it any more, and i will definately be buying Avon's version from now on.

This product is no longer on the above mentioned deal, but can be bought for £4.00 from Avon Cosmetics LTD.
